We set out in 1997 to provide business premises suitable for start up and growing businesses. We aim to provide accommodation in offices, studios or workshops suitable for all manner of businesses. Each of the three types of accommodation is provided in a variety of sizes to accommodate growth and shrinkage in business demands.
Every property is available on terms that enable the user to upgrade to larger space, or to downsize by giving one months written notice at any time.

Costs are rolled into a single monthly payment collected by direct debit on the first day of every month. This makes budgeting quite straightforward.
Fully serviced office, workshop and studio space
Most of the time consuming property obligations normally borne by a tenant are provided by us. These include insurance, security, building maintenance, waste removal, telephones, internet access and many more.
Internet access and telephones together create one of the largest obstacles to growing businesses and so we have our own telecoms expert who ensures that all our customers have access to high quality, fast and reliable internet access and telecoms.
Premises are grouped together in business centres, of which there are currently eight, all strategically located close to main roads and close to major population areas. Every centre (except Southend) has a centre manager dedicated to ensuring that our customers are provided with a service that offers unbeatable value for money.
