Background

Capital Enterprise Centres has continued to grow the business begun in 1997 by Enterprise Centres Ltd. Since early in 2008 both companies have come under common ownership and are poised for further growth.

As the economic climate changes so new opportunities become available for those wishing to create new businesses and our role is to ensure that these entrepreneurs are provided with premises and facilities that are fit for their purpose.

 

Site Specifics

Typically centres are 3-4 acres in size, consisting of approximately 45 units of between 150 - 1,500 sq ft. Uses range from conventional office space, to studios, workshops and light industrial.

Currently we offer space at Sittingbourne, Colchester, Southend, Kings Hill (Maidstone), Chelmsford, Harlow, Croydon and Milton Keynes.
