Meeting rooms are available at Chelmsford, Croydon, Harlow, Kings Hill, Milton Keynes and Sittingbourne.
Customers in occupation within our centres and virtual customers are welcome to use meeting rooms at other centres at discounted rates.

Contact your Centre Manager or Book a Meeting Room online. Cancellation charges apply as follows;
- If a booking is cancelled with 2 or more working days notice there will be no charge
- If a booking is cancelled 1 working day before the meeting a 50% charge of room and buffet charge will apply
- If a booking is cancelled on the same day or there is a failure to show a 100% charge will be applied
