Voice over internet protocol - VOIP
We have VOIP telephones and equipment available at 5 Business Centres and are taking steps to ensure that development of our communications systems provides the best possible service.

VOIP Phones
A VOIP remote phone enables you to connect to our centre via the internet. Features are the same as a good office phone. Rental is £18 per month with free calls between the remote location and our Centres and normal charges for external calls.
• MDs or Senior Managers who work from several key locations can have a flexible and consistent phone system
• Virtual Service Traders working from home can have 'Business Centre' professionalism in call response
• Tradesmen can benefit from unlimited messages feature
