We have chosen the latest Avaya range of digital telephone systems to provide a host of telephony features to enhance your ability to communicate with customers and staff alike. The sophistication of the system coupled with day-to-day on-site management and security requirements precludes us from allowing access by alternative systems.

All suites and units have autonomy of cabling with PC patching arranged via a 19" wall rack located in the individual office or studio space. This aspect is particularly valued by existing businesses as it allows the linking of units easily and efficiently as businesses grow.
We also have the facility to help any deaf occupiers with a link to a texting service.

Voice over internet protocol - VOIP

We have VOIP telephones and equipment on trial and are taking steps to ensure that development of our Business Centres benefits from the most up to date communications systems.

Remote Phones - VOIP

We are currently rolling out functionality of remote IP phones, which enables a phone at home, a regional or national office or indeed any remote location, to connect to your DDI number via your office at the Business Centre.

All features and functionality are the same as a standard office phone. All you need is a Broadband or internet access connection at the remote location. The facilities of the phone include; the ability to handle two calls at any time, unlimited voice mail, call forward, conference calling and all the facilites normally available from a facility rich digital phone. Remote VOIP phone charges which will all appear on your routine monthly invoice are shown below.

The phone rental is £18 per month with free calls between the remote location and the Capital Enterprise Business Centre and normal charges to external calls using the pre-fix 9.
