Kung Fu Schools, which provides martial arts training for youngsters and adults, has grown fast since it opened its doors at the Capital Business Centre and is keen to stress its strong community links. Charity fund-raising is now a regular feature and the latest successful venture was a sponsored board breaking by youngsters which brought in £6,500 for the Kidscape anti-bullying group.

Martin Dilworth, who runs Dynamo Boxing at the Capital Business Centre at Croydon, thinks it’s a great idea. He’s just picked up a cheque for £500 after the business he introduced completed its first three months at the Centre and he has another £500 cheque to look forward to in March when six months are up.
