Milton Keynes Business Centre welcomes new companies
14 Jan 2010
Milton Keynes Business Centre has made a fast track start to the New Year with four companies moving in and the level of enquiries for space remaining high. Centre Manager Lynn Patey-Smith says companies have a growing confidence that 2010 will bring better business prospects as the economy recovers.
She says: “It’s good to see so many new companies taking space and making plans for growth in 2010. However, at the same time businesses are obviously remaining cautious and one of the great attractions of the Centre is that all offices, studios and workshops can be taken on a simple monthly licence with no long term commitment.”
Businesses moving to the Milton Keynes Business Centre include THTF UK Ltd, Electrasmart Ltd, My Marketing Folk (DMS MK Ltd), and Lilly Mei Wedding Dresses.
A full range of offices, studios and workshops are available at the Milton Keynes Business Centre on a simple monthly licence. An on-site manager provides administrative support, meeting room management, state of the art telecommunications, postal services, telephone answering and access to business catering.
A Virtual Service for businesses working from home is also available giving a Business Park address, mail and telephone answering services and access to meeting rooms and office space. Larger companies can take advantage of bespoke business continuity arrangements.
