Keeping fit for life and business is now easier than ever at the Capital Business Centre in South Croydon.It has on-site the Get Sweaty gym, the very active Kung Fu Schools martial arts centre, and now in addition has an outlet of the LighterLife slimming business.
Centre Manager Carol Matthews says that with busy schedules it’s a bonus for businesses to have fitness advice and support on hand.
