CEC’s £1000 Reward Scheme for those introducing new tenants to its Centres has brought smiles all round at the Greenway Business Centre on Harlow Business park. Craig McKenzie of Brilliant Ltd received a cheque from Business Centre Manager Lorraine King following his successful introduction of a new business.
Craig is a former tenant at the Greenway Business Centre and he had no hesitation in recommending it as a business base to Martin Dean of Brighter Home Solutions Ltd. As a result when Brighter Home Solutions completed its first six months at the Centre Craig received a £1000 cheque.
Lorraine King says the straightforward Reward Scheme is a great opportunity for those who know CEC’s Centres and are happy to make recommendations.
She said: “It’s a good way of showing our appreciation to businesses for their support. The scheme is hassle free and no quibble. Help us sign someone up and you can soon have a cheque in your hand.”
Existing or past customers, current employees of customers, virtual traders, or suppliers of goods or services are all eligible for the Reward Scheme. CEC will pay £1000 if the introduction of a potential trader results in a successful tenancy being agreed .
CEC Operations Manager Steve Plant says the scheme is now very popular.
He adds: “There are no limits on the scheme and you can make multiple recommendations at £1000 each time.”
