Greenway Business Centre has just completed an extensive upgrade of its meeting rooms, which includes the provision of air conditioning. The meeting rooms can take up to 24 seated boardroom style or 40 in conference style. Rooms can be booked by Centre tenants but are also available to external companies and organisations.
Centre Manager Lorraine King says that the convenient position of the Centre on Harlow Business Park and ample free parking make it an ideal location for regular or ad hoc meetings.
She says: “Many of the businesses at the Centre use the meeting rooms but we also have the capacity to provide facilities to outside companies and organisations.
”The meeting rooms have proved very popular and while we do all we can to accommodate requests it is always advisable to book well in advance.”
The Centre is able to offer everything that is needed to ensure the smooth and efficient running of meetings including full secretarial support and access to high quality catering.
The Centre is the base for a very wide of companies from diverse business sectors including property, finance, leisure, and IT services.
A full range of offices studios and workshops is available at the Greenway Business Centre with all units offered on a monthly licence. An on site team offers administrative support, postal services, telephone answering and deals with all property management issues. In addition state of the art telecommunications are provided with no set-up costs.
A Virtual Service for businesses working from home is also offered giving a Business Park address, mail and telephone answering services and access to meeting rooms and office space. Larger companies can take advantage of bespoke business continuity arrangements.
