Annalise Photography is the latest business to benefit from CEC’s £1000 Reward Scheme for those introducing new tenants to its Centres. Proprietor Anne Toole was more than happy to smile for the cameras when she received a cheque following her successful introduction of Lilly-Mei Designer Direct.
Annalise Photography www.annalisephotography.com is based at the Milton Keynes Business Centre and Anne was sure that it would also be an ideal location for wedding dress specialist Lilly-Mei Designer Direct www.lillymei.com.
As a result when Lilly-Mei Designer Direct completed its first three months at the Centre Anne received a £500 cheque followed by a further £500 after six months.
Anne said: “This is a great scheme and it certainly keeps me on the lookout for new businesses to recommend. The Centre is an excellent business base for my company and I have no hesitation in recommending it to others.”
Milton Keynes Business Centre Manger Lynn Patey-Smith says the straightforward Reward Scheme is a good opportunity for those who know CEC’s Centres to benefit from business recommendations.
She said: “It’s a practical way to show our appreciation to businesses for their active support. The scheme is straightforward and there are no quibbles. Help us sign someone up and you can soon have a cheque in your hand.”
Existing or past customers, current employees of customers, virtual traders, or suppliers of goods or services are all eligible for the Reward Scheme. CEC will pay £1000 if the introduction of a potential trader results in a successful tenancy being agreed .
CEC Operations Manager Steve Plant says the scheme is quite transparent with everyone aware how and when recommendations are made.
He adds: “There are no limits on the scheme and you can make multiple recommendations at £1000 each time.”
