Monthly licence proves popular

Companies of all sizes are now taking business space on a flexible monthly licence rather than entering into the long term commitment of a lease.
Capital Business Centre Manager Carol Matthews says the straightforward monthly licence which the Centre offers is proving to be more popular than ever. She says: “Once businesses realise that a monthly licence is available they are very enthusiastic. Businesses now need to keep the tightest control on their expenditure and ensure that the amount of business space they take matches on-going business needs."
