Studios

We have a range of different sized studios to suit a wide variety of uses, including many Leisure and recreational and other service uses including offices, cafes, and trade counters. Studios are available at our centres in Colchester, Sittingbourne, Chelmsford, Croydon, Harlow and Milton Keynes.

 

Studios for Leisure use

The configuration of our studio units is ideal for many leisure and recreational uses including; gyms and fitness centres of all different style and size, fancy dress hire, sports, theatre and health uses. Existing users find our studios with their 24/7 access, associated free car parking, high quality landscaping and high maintenance standards provides the ideal location from which to develop their business.

Studio unit

Each studio unit is finished to a very high standard and available on an easy-in easy-out monthly licence.

Companies occupying the studios also have use of the on-site meeting rooms*, telecommunications* and internet access infrastructure* and all the facilities associated with a modern business centre (* not available at Colchester).

Studio Front Door

Each studio has its own double front door with letter box and adjacent double glazed window to provide an attractive and welcoming appearance to your customers.

A signage panel containing the unit number is sited adjacent to the entrance door and designed to enable the individual company logo to be easily displayed. The company name is also displayed on the large directory sign at the entrance to the business centre.

Utilities

Most studios have gas and electricity available and may be already installed.

All centres have a site-wide CCTV system. At Croydon, studios have a discreet access control system and burglar alarm for added security.

Interior Finish

The floor has a power floated concrete finish and the walls are painted breeze block. There are telecoms and power sockets available and lights are provided. There are panels set into the studio roof to allow natural light to enhance the unit.

The studio workspace can be increased easily through the addition of a mezzanine floor as your business requirements grow. This can create useful office space.

Toilet

Access to communal corridor, the kitchen facility and adjacent toilets including disabled toilet facility is normally direct from the rear of the studio.
