Capital Enterprise Centres was formed in 1997 to create and manage high quality commercial workspace units for new and growing businesses. Our aim is to provide affordable office, studio and workshop space without the significant price premiums associated with most serviced offices and without the time-consuming responsibilities of running and maintaining an office or workshop.

There is none of the hassle associated with a conventional lease. Our simple one-page licence agreement offers great value rental, and is designed to make the formalities as painless as possible. And there are no legal fees. Compared with a traditional, often long drawn-out property transaction, our simple process is as easy as booking an hotel room.
