Capital Enterprise Centres has continued to grow the business begun in 1998 by Enterprise Centres Ltd. Since early in 2008 both companies have come under common ownership and are poised for further growth.The current slackening of demand for employment land should enable us to acquire new sites at more realistic prices than hitherto and so continue to grow our business at a steady rate.
As the economic climate changes so new opportunities become available for those wishing to create new businesses and our role is to ensure that these entrepreneurs are provided with premises and facilities that are fit for their purpose.
