20.02.07 Capital sees business booming
Demand for high quality business space in Croydon continues to rise, says Capital Enterprise Centres, with offices and workshops at its Capital Business Centre being snapped up quickly. The latest business to take space is the Frost Brothers Group, which is basing its commercial property team at the Centre.
CEC is now actively considering further expansion to help cope with growing demand and Operations Director David Clapham said that the options for limited additional development were being reviewed.
He said: We were delighted to be able to build the Capital Business Centre with its associated Office Village on a site which offers such a high degree of security through a single and easily monitored point of access.
From the outset we wanted to make the most of the potential there and so we planned a full range of offices, studios and workshop space with ample car parking. There is now just one remaining area near the entrance that could take a further building and we are in discussions on how it could be developed. Ideally this could offer a business a dedicated company headquarters.
CEC is happy to open discussions with interested businesses and options include a dedicated office building or a mix of office and workshop and storage space.
David Clapham added: One of our strengths has always been that we are able to tailor space flexibly to meet the requirements of our tenants and this is an ideal opportunity for a business to become involved in the development of space which it can then rent.
Only limited office and workshop space is currently available at the Capital Business Centre. For more details contact Centre Manager Carol Matthews on 0208 916 2000, or log on to www.capitalspace.co.uk.
