A £3m expansion scheme at the Waterhouse Business Centre in Chelmsford is ahead of schedule, with completion now expected in the early summer of 2007.The main framework of the extension is in place and contractors are completing roofing. As a result, the full extent of the 18,000 sq ft new building can be easily appreciated.
