27.10.06 Countrywide Surveyors find Capital Value
Countrywide Surveyors is the largest residential survey and valuation business in the UK. Countrywide has chosen the Capital Business Centre as the base for its operations in Croydon and surrounding areas.A Countrywide team of 11 has taken space in the Centre, joining a range of other blue chip companies which already use the Centre as a south east regional or local office.
Countrywide Surveyors focus on the residential sector and are appointed valuers to an extensive portfolio of major UK lenders. The company specialises in Mortgage Valuations, Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys.
Countrywide Surveyors Associate and Senior Office Manager at Croydon, Paul Ferrznolo, said the residential market remains robust and that Countrywide is looking to expand further in the area. He said: “We already have an excellent team and are now seeking to recruit additional surveyors to meet our expanding workload.”
Paul said he was particularly pleased that a managed office space solution to accommodation had been possible, with CEC providing property management and office support services.
CEC Operations Director David Clapham said the move underlined the excellent location of the Centre, with good links to transport routes combined with extensive and secure on site parking.

The Centre is continuing to attract professional firms, including companies specialising in pensions management, insurance, accounting and financial services. It is also a thriving base for small and medium sized businesses, many of which have a high tech background.”
