Croydon Workshop and Storage units

Each workshop unit is finished to a very high standard and available on an easy-in easy-out monthly licence.
Companies occupying the workshops also have use of the on-site meeting rooms, Telecomunications and internet access infrastructure and all the facilities associated with a modern business centre.

Croydon Workshop Front Door

Each workshop and studio unit has its own front door with letter box and adjacent double glazed window to provide an attractive and welcoming appearance to your customers.

A signage panel containing the unit number is sited adjacent to the entrance door and designed to enable the individual company logo to be easily displayed. The company name is also displayed on the large directory sign at the entrance to the business centre.

Croydon large up and over delivery door

Each workshop unit has a large up and over delivery door for easy access for those large deliveries on pallet boards.

Utilities, access control and Burglar Alarm

Most workshops have water, gas and electricity available. Drainage connections are also available in most units.

The gas is available within the unit for connection to a meter. Electricity is a phase 3 supply with a phase 1 head.

In addition to a site wide CCTV system, for added security, each workshop has a discreet access control system and burglar alarm.

Finish

The floor has a power floated concrete finish and the walls are painted breeze block. There are telecoms and power sockets available and lights are provided.

There are panels set into the workshop roof to allow natural light to enhance the unit.

The workspace can be increased easily (as shown in this example of a unit at Harlow) through the addition of a mezzinine floor as your business requirements grow.

Toilet

Most workshops have their own internal disabled toilet facility.
