18.10.07 Planning Permission granted for New Business Centre for Gravesend!
Capital Enterprise Centres have received Planning Permission for the new Gravesend Business Centre.The 4 acre site located on Coldharbour Road, will accommodate over 58,000 sq ft of new building for 78 new units all available to let on an easy-in easy-out monthly Licence. The business centre will comprise 43 offices, 13 studios and 22 workshops and will benefit from a full time centre manager who will manage a range of business services including a state of the art digital telephone system and a full internet access infrastructure.
The new centre will benefit from all the experience gained during the development of the existing eight centres, the nearest of which is Churchill Square Business Centre, Kings Hill, West Malling where Capital Enterprise Centres are on the final phase of a major refurbishment of 9 listed buildings.
Operations Director David Clapham said CEC was delighted to be able to launch a new Business Centre is an area that was in line for fast track growth.
He said: Kent Thameside with Gravesend at its heart now has tremendous opportunities for growth and development and the new Business Centre has an excellent location only a few miles from the new Ebbsfleet International station.
In developing the Centre we will draw on the experience gained from the building of our network of eight centres and we are confident that the Gravesend Business Centre will be a great success.
