Churchill Square Business Centre is now one of the fastest growing business hubs in Kent.The dedicated Business Centre at Kings Hill (close to Maidstone, Sevenoaks and Tonbridge) now has more than 80 companies in its suites of fully managed office space and more are set to move in as the Centre expands further.
The Centre is based on the high quality refurbishment of listed former RAF buildings and is being developed in phases. All office space from the first phase of development has now been taken and there is already a waiting list for phase two space.
Capital Enterprise Centres Operations Director David Clapham says that Churchill Square is popular with companies from the service, financial, high-tech, manufacturing and e-business sectors.
He said Churchill Square Business Centre has tenants that range from multi-national companies using the Centre as a UK base, to small start-up businesses. It makes for a very lively mix and a real business hub is being created.
Growth at the Centre comes from both new tenants such as Grenco Refrigeration, one of the largest industrial refrigeration companies in the UK, and from the expansion on site of existing tenants such as Intermedical.
In addition to high quality office space with state of the art telecommunications links, one of the major attractions of Churchill Square is the extensive and secure parking with space for more than 500 cars.
David Clapham added: Town and city centre congestion is a real problem in Kent and we can offer easy access, with good transport links by road and rail and parking space guaranteed.
Two further refurbished buildings are set to provide an additional 56 offices. Early reservations for several offices have already been made.
