There are no legal fees and at Business Centres the licence fee includes services normally charged as additional to rental: on-site management, maintenance and repair, buildings insurance, refuse collection, 24/7 security, water rates and the cleaning of common areas. Latest technology data transmission with CAT5 e infrastructure enables you to connect from your desktop direct to the internet. Internet access and digital phones are available solely using our state-of-the-art system. Internet access for everyday use is available at no extra charge. Digital phones can be connected according to your needs. Remote soft and hard VOIP phones are also available.

Meeting Room and Conference Room Facilities

Most centres offer a comprehensive range of business support services including meeting room and conference facilities for ad hoc working meetings, mini conferencing and larger, organised events, with catering services all available at good value rates. Meeting Room and Conference Facilities are currently available at our Chelmsford, Croydon, Harlow, Kings Hill (between Tonbridge, Sevenoaks and Maidstone) and Sittingbourne Centres.
