Churchill Square Large Office Suites

There are large office suites suitable for locating a large number of people. All offices are equipped with trunking to house double power socket at approximately every 2 meters; also telecoms and internet access sockets; the spacing allows flexibility when locating desks.
Most ground floor offices have their own front door with car parking directly outside, letter box and a professional signage panel to allow the company logo and name to be displayed. Small Suites

The refurbishment has incorporated a number of small one and two person suites suitable for brand new businesses. Like the larger suites, the power, CAT5 telecoms and Internet access sockets are incorporated within a smart skirting trunking around the circumference.

Kitchen

We provide conveniently located kitchens with your own allocated cupboard storage space. Also provided are refrigerator, microwave and kettle to allow for beverage and light snack preparation.

Each building has a disabled toilet located on the ground floor and a second toilet at first floor level. The disabled toilet meets all the latest requirements.
