Licence Agreement for office, studio or workshop rental space

Small businesses may need small premises and they may not need them for long, but they still want to feel that the rental accomodation, be that an office, studio or workshop enhances their company profile. Such successful companies grow and the last thing they need to be saddled with is an inflexible lease that commits them to the future.

With Capital Enterprise Centres, you decide just how long you want to stay, on a month-by-month basis. There is no need for a lease, just a simple licence agreement. One rental payment each month brings you first class workspace and a whole lot more. The one-page monthly Licence is easy to understand and this means you do not need to employ a Solicitor.
Each one page Licence agreement has been 'Clarity approved by the Plain English Campaign'.

Direct Debit

To ensure simplicity and efficiency of routine payments, we insist upon completion of a Direct Debit mandate to facilitate the transfer of funds. Centre Managers will complete the relevant documentation during the sign-up process. For your convenience, downloads for the Direct Debit forms are located alongside, please note there are two, one for Capital Enterprise Centres and one for Enterprice Centres Limited.

The vast majority of accounts are settled in a timely fashion and according to the normal Direct Debit routines; however regrettably, on occasions Direct Debits fail and result in significant additional effort by the CEC/ECL administration and accounts team. The charge for such a failure is £40 + VAT.

Virtual Office Agreement

The Capital Enterprise Centres innovative Virtual Office service provides your company with an enhanced profile. Like the main Licence, the Virtual Licence is also rental by the month and easy to understand.
Like the main Licence, the one-page Virtual Services Agreement is also approved by the Plain English Campaign and carries the Crystal Mark.

Telecoms Licence Agreement

Unlike the annual contract, which many of the large Telecoms providers use, Capital Enterprise Centres Telecoms Licence covering both telephones and Internet Access is for a monthly rental.

VOIP Licence

The Licence for the innovative Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) telephone is available as a download.

Skip Licence

On occasions, the waste produced by a specific customer will require an individual skip; this usually involves a manufacturing process taking place in a workshop and can also involve recycling, which we are keen to encourage.
The Skip Licence alongside provides a straightforward method to administer the process. The charge depends on the individual circumstances; size of skip and location.
