The specific arrangements for individual Business Centres may differ according to individual circumstances however the following demonstrates our commitment to providing a secure location for your business to grow.
Access Control
We install Access Control systems where appropriate in order to ensure the day to day security of individual buildings is maintained.
Churchill Square Business Centre, Kings Hill and
Capital Business Centre, Croydon have access control systms on all entrance doors.
At
Waterhouse Business Centre, Chelmsford;
Greenway Business Centre, Harlow;
St George's Business Park, Sittingbourne and
Milton Keynes Business Centre, the main office building has access control.
In certain configurations, a CEC phone is required within individual suites to enable visitors at the front door to contact your office.
CCTV
All centres have modern CCTV recording facilities. Certain locations also have the benefit of Redwall detection and loudspeakers such as those shown on the photo alongside taken at the
Capital Business Centre in Croydon.
Secure Perimeter
Wherever possible Capital Enterprise Centres enclose the whole site with strong palasade fencing and appropriate landscaping. In addition gates are installed to fully secure the centre during the dark hours.
