Parenta provides a range of services, which include payment-taking facilities, debt recovery, management software, and website development, all designed to give childcare providers more time for childcare.

Capital Enterprise Centres (CEC) sponsored the Best Commitment to Customer Services Award with Operations Director David Clapham chairing the panel of judges.

He said: “We were greatly impressed by the enthusiasm and dedication shown by the Parenta team. They have not only developed good systems but also built an outstanding team whose dedication and energy provides consistent excellence in customer relations.”
