Free sessions for customers focusing on how they can better use our Avaya phone system were well received at the Capital Business Centre in Croydon. The 15 minute drop in sessions, led by Michael Hall [Centre Manager], Peter Cook [Communications Manager] and the rest of the Centre Team, showed customers functions on their handsets that they may not have known how to benefit from.
The sessions, designed to give quick tips on a variety of functions, included how to transfer calls, how to set up speed dial lists, and how to access voicemail remotely to name but a few.
"All who attended found something new about their phones" Sabina Faisal, one of the centre team commented. "From general functionality, to downloading and using the mobile app, I think the sessions were positive for everyone".
"It's great to help people become a little more familiar with the system" says Michael Hall - "anything we can do to help customers with the smooth running of their businesses is something we are keen to promote".
