Since its inception in 2011, OfficeScape has grown into a multi-million-pound business, winning the BOSS Industry Federation Supplier of The Year award in 2016. Founder Trevor Corrigan put their success down to their approach: ‘We like to define ourselves as more than just stationary suppliers as we go above and beyond just supplies. We believe that it’s our enthusiasm towards customer experience that has led us to where we are today.’
Part of the Greenway family
There are many variables to be considered when trying to find the right business accommodation, but for OfficeScape it was the Greenway team that was the deciding factor: ‘We were just up the road from the Greenway Business Centre in Harlow and were needing to upgrade to a larger office in the area. Of the five providers we were looking at, CapitalSpace was the one we went for due to the excellent service at the centre. Lorraine Lee and her team were very welcoming and happy to answer any queries we had before deciding to get a place with them. We’ve continued with them for just that reason; there’s always a staff member at the ready to help us with anything we need.’
As a trusted CapitalSpace customer, OfficeScape have been working with us to install new facilities, including TVs, printers and monitors, and have helped other customers at the centre with their own office solutions via the recommendations from Lorraine and the centre team: ‘We have even helped completely set up two new offices to the customers’ bespoke designs. OfficeScape’s inspiration for continuing to provide a great service and grow their own offering is their customers: ‘A lot of our success boils down to happy customers. If we provide a great service, they are much more likely to refer to other businesses they know. We make sure to improve our services at all times and always strive to be the best we can.
‘We know it’s impossible to be perfect because everyone has different wants, but looking at our stats we can see we are doing a good job of it, and our customers agree as we have a 96% satisfaction performance.
