A new Centre Manager at the Churchill Square Office
As Sue Billings moves into a new role within Capital Space after more than 15 years at the helm in Kings Hill, we are pleased to embrace Toni Wilkinson as the new Churchill Square Business Centre Centre Manager. Tony has a wealth of experience in the industry, after working in serviced offices in London for the past 12 years, including spaces in Mayfair and Soho. Not wanting to abandon the wealth of knowledge she has accumulated over this period, but wanting a shorter commute, Toni is looking forward to working in an office closer to home but within the same field.
Toni has recently completed her first week working for the company, meeting with Managing Director, Peter Boam, and Sue to gain a greater understanding for the company, reflecting that: ‘[it] has been a different style of learning the ropes with two-metre distances, but the whole team and company have been very helpful and welcoming. I look forward to continuing learning and growing here with an amazing team and company behind me’. Toni also commented that she is particularly keen to get involved with aiding customers with their business development after building up a rapport and learning about their respective industries.
Thank you, Sue

We would like to thank Sue for her commitment to the company, customers and staff and we look forward to seeing her flourish in her new part-time role.
A new Property Manager
The second new addition to the Capital Space staff is Tim Murray, who starts as our new Property Manager. Tim brings with him 18 years of industry experience, including managing 14 properties in the UK. Although Tim had not been actively seeking out a new job, when he saw the Capital Space job description online he saw it as too good an opportunity to pass.
The Capital Space values particularly appealed to Tim: ‘The biggest motivating factor was the team… The way Peter spoke so fondly of the people he employs as if they are an extension of the family.’ Capital Space’s emphasis on putting the customer first was another reason that convinced Tim to take the plunge into a new company.
Tim has explained that he is really looking forward to getting into his new role and creating ‘some sense of normality’ amid these unprecedented times. As Property Manager, Tim will be the first point of contact for any property queries, describing the role as ‘personable’ with face-to-face contact enabling him to establish a rapid rapport between himself and the customer. Tim has had to adapt elements of his role to ensure that they are COVID-secure during the pandemic, but he is looking forward to the task of creating strong relationships with clients whilst practicing social distancing.
These are exciting new additions to the Capital Space team and we are looking forward to seeing them settle into their new roles.
