It may seem that you’ve just got into the routine of working from home, but once again, working habits are changing as we are encouraged to go back to the office where possible. Our Capital Space customers have been easing back into the office and enjoying some sense of normality, as well as having peace of mind in our Covid-secure business centres.

Aspire Personnel

One of our first office returners during lockdown was Sue Turney of Aspire Personnel, making the decision to return to Milton Keynes Business Centre after working remotely for ten weeks.

“Although I realise, like a lot of companies, that we can work from home remotely, I am pleased to be back in a professional office environment,” comments Sue. “It’s good to see many of the other businesses based in the centre coming back in now.

Secure safety measures

Nic Mansfield of Curo Underwriting has been enjoying being reunited with his team in our safe office space at Waterhouse Business Centre.

“Since returning from lockdown, we have nothing but praise for the excellent safety measures implemented within our building to ensure that myself and the team felt safe to return to the office,” comments Nic, “No expense has been spared installing hand sanitisers, new door opening mechanisms and one-way systems.”

Curo Underwriting works with insurance brokers across the UK, and has been appreciative of the information that Capital Space has to offer about the changing government advice for independently owned businesses.

“The building management have been fantastic in keeping us appraised throughout lockdown and forwarding us invaluable information, such as the process of applying for local grants,” says Nic.

Responsive customer service

Another of our office returners, Raquel Amado, director of Dr Raquel Skin and Medical Cosmetics, is based in Churchill Square Business Centre. Having been based at the centre for only seven months, Raquel has been welcomed and supported through the coronavirus crisis.

“I really appreciate everything the staff at Kings Hill have done, first to welcome me and also for the help given during this pandemic,” comments Raquel, “I chose to be based at Kings Hill not only for its central location, but because of its excellent customer service, and I have not been let down. The team did amazingly and quickly implemented all the measures to keep everyone safe.”

The coronavirus pandemic has posed challenges in both our personal and work lives, limiting our ability to socialise with team members in the same way as we once did. Thanks to the committed business support teams at Capital Space and imposed safety measures to keep our office space Covid-secure, we’re delighted to be welcoming back our fantastic customers.
