The Coronavirus pandemic has served as an unprecedented challenge for business throughout the UK, and indeed the world. Despite the turbulence that the past year and a half has had on the ways in which we work, we’ve had countless customers expand into additional units this year – here’s why.

The end of traditional office space?

When the pandemic struck and all bar essential UK businesses were forced to work from home or cease trading completely, many commentators predicted the end of the office sector as we know it. At Capital Space, we’ve seemingly bucked this trend, maintaining our occupancy throughout the pandemic and even having 21 of our existing customers expand into additional units during the first seven months of 2021 alone – a clear demonstration of their faith in our facilities and services!
