Moving careers for a greater challenge
Formerly from a background in insurance and customer service, Danielle shares what prompted her new job move:
“I joined Churchill Square Business Centre as I wanted something a bit more challenging from my previous roles. My day-to-day work schedule varies so much which means every day is completely different,” says Danielle.
Providing quality customer-focused care
Our Business Support Coordinators are on hand to help with a variety of customer queries, conduct tours for new enquirers when we have vacant office suites to let, organise meeting room bookings and to help with any events that we organise throughout the working week. Good communication, organisational and relationship skills are needed and the ability to quickly get to know all our customers within Churchill Square Business Centre. This is exactly what resonates with Danielle:
“My role here is exciting and I enjoy dealing with our customers and building a great relationship with them,” explains Danielle.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys family time and venturing further afield:
“In my spare time I enjoy trying new restaurants with my daughter; our favourite cuisine is Japanese. I love travelling and have travelled to some amazing destinations. I am also a huge animal lover and have a Ragdoll cat, a French bulldog and an English bulldog,” Danielle shares.
I’m sure the team will enjoy seeing many pet photos in the future!
