At Capital Space , we understand the importance of providing good facilities for our customers. That's why we are excited to announce that we have recently invested £6,000 to improve our communal facilities at our Milton Keynes Business Centre . This includes giving the kitchens a complete makeover and revamping the reception area. These improvements not only add value to our business centre but also enhance the overall experience for our customers who utilise these communal spaces. Our communal areas undergo a refresh

We recently invested £6,000 in enhancing the communal facilities at our Milton Keynes Business Centre. This includes the replacement of a kitchen in one block and the repainting of two additional kitchens to give a fresh lease of life to these communal facilities used by our customers. The refurb is not yet complete, with the remaining five kitchens due to be repainted by the end of the year.

In addition, a specially designed modern curved desk will be added to the reception area featuring a light oak veneer finish to coordinate with existing internal windows and doors, plus chrome detailing to provide a polished look.

Centre manager Matt Roberts said: “Aesthetically, it will have a visual impact for visitors whilst a drop-down hatch will ensure greater accessibility and comfort for wheelchair users whenever they are signing documents at reception. At the same time, the new desk will provide staff with equal and additional workspace when they are sitting at their desks and provide better security. Overall, the desk will have cleaner lines offering a more updated look and feel.”
