Happy 10th birthday to Waterhouse Business Centre customer

Faretrade Ltd, a residual stock wholesaler based in the Waterhouse Business Centre in Chelmsford has this week celebrated 10 years of successful trading.

The company was formed in September 2002 by Chris Bray & Paul Stone who had worked together previously in the specialist market of surplus and residual consumer products.

Faretrade purchase branded food and drink, household and toiletries products and redistribute them through their domestic and international sales channels in the discount sector. This gives even the largest suppliers access to new customers and generates additional sales.

“We started the business in a small office in Basildon but soon realised that we needed bigger premises with a more professional setting for supplier visits.” said Paul Stone. “Fortunately the Waterhouse Business Centre had just opened and it offered us the facilities that we needed as well as the flexibility to move within the Centre as the business grew and we’ve been here ever since!”

“We are confident that our business will continue to grow in the coming years and that Capital Space will be able to provide us with the space and facilities to meet our growing needs”.
