New business opportunities are being opened up at the Capital Business Centre in Croydon, as the Centre quickly develops and new tenants move in.

More than 30 businesses have already taken offices, studios and workshops and a business café will open at the Centre shortly.

A special offer for new businesses has been launched with single occupancy offices being offered at a half price rate for the first six months of occupancy.

For larger companies and organisations a conference suite is also now available for hire, which seats up to 150, together with a range of smaller meeting rooms.

Capital Business Centre Operations Director David Clapham said the Centre had attracted a broad range of businesses and that companies at the Centre were busy networking.

He said: “There is a real potential for companies to exchange business and open up new opportunities and we think the Centre is an ideal base for those looking for rapid growth.”
