We are  pleased to announce that the Loughton Seedbed Centre is now managed by  CapitalSpace  

The Seedbed Centre is a short walk from Debden underground station on the District line and adjacent to Junction 5  of the M11 providing easy and quick access to east London.

The centre comprises an attractive range of workshops and studios ideally suited to anyone wishing to start or to grow a business.  "The centre couldn't be in a better location" said Peter Boam, CapitalSpace MD, "and we are really looking forward to managing the site to continue to support existing customers and to welcome new ones ".

"There is a really positive feel about the centre, and we are excited about the development and refurbishment plans that we have coming up that will improve the look, feel and functionality of the centre as a whole".

A comprehensive refurbishment is underway to improve the appearance of the centre and to introduce an upgraded telephone service. Now that high speed broadband is available we will be making this available on demand to every new customer.
