Bedrocks Gym have been trading since 1990 as a specialist bodybuilding supplement company providing a gym as well as a place to pick up supplements and crucial training equipment.

Located at St George’s Business Park since 2010 this business has seen dramatic growth such that this thriving business has had to move from St George’s due to expansion plans which means they now need a larger space than this centre was able to provide.

“We cannot fault anything at St George’s and we are not moving due to any issues but simply because we have outgrown the centre.“ Pete Johnson – Bedrocks gym.

Offering professional training and supplement advice Bedrocks offer a range of heavy duty professional equipment including Olympic Benches, Smith machines, Crossover, leg press, Donkey Raise and a range of specialised items to support gym training.

Bedrocks has grown dramatically and thus developing the need to occupy large premises to accommodate a thriving gym community as well as a growing shop division for the equipment and supplement side of the business.

“We did not appreciate how hassle-free it was being at St George’s – we just paid our deposit and moved in and everything arranged on our behalf, so easy!”

Pete Johnson – Bedrocks gym.

Business space can be taken at the Centre on flexible easy in – easy out terms, with all agreements drafted in clear English to the Crystalmark standard.  A simple Direct Debit form is completed and then businesses can move in straight away. The Centre team is available to support growing businesses by arranging all that is needed to complete a hassle-free move, including getting efficient and effective connection to the superfast Internet connection and admin services including posting and printing where needed.

“Although securing a convenient location for our clients is always a priority but at times we have to say farewell to customers like Bedrocks and wish them all the best in their growing plans. Our aim is to provide small and growing businesses with good quality and affordable space in order for them to grow and succeed, which is just what Pete & Christine have done. Taking care of all the day-to-day business premises management plays a big part in being able to move quickly and easily into Enterprise Centres like St George’s.”

Helen Witherden – Centre Manager.
