This highly desirable workshop at Loughton Seedbed Centre is available to rent on a simple, monthly licence.

The licence fee includes the cost of water rates, buildings insurance, refuse collection, external repairs, lighting and cleaning to common areas, CCTV cameras, site security and management.

The workspace is equipped for all your communication and IT services with Cat5e structured cabling system within the unit. Electricity is charged separately and licensees are responsible for their individual outgoings including business rates.

Ample free parking is available onsite.

The monthly licence includes free, unallocated parking for you, your staff and visitors. Our rolling licence means you have the freedom to leave, upgrade or downsize with just a month’s notice.
