Our simple monthly licence includes the cost of superfast internet, free parking, water rates, buildings insurance, refuse collection, external repairs, lighting and cleaning to common areas, CCTV cameras, site security and management. Licensees are responsible for business rates, gas, electricity and telephone.

Our licence means you have the freedom and flexibility to leave this workshop with a month’s notice.

The workshop is equipped for all your communication and IT services with Cat5e structured cabling system within the unit.
