The licence includes the cost of superfast internet, free, secure parking, water rates, buildings insurance, refuse collection, external repairs, lighting and cleaning to common areas, CCTV cameras, site security and management. Customers are responsible for their individual outgoings such as business rates, gas and electricity.

The unit is equipped for all your communication and IT services with Cat5e structured cabling system within the unit.

Additionally, there’s a popular onsite café for lunch, breakfast and snacks.
