Yes, you are free to book as many meeting rooms as you need on different dates and would urge you to do so if you want to secure a specific room or date. Just let us know your requirements and we will handle the rest.

Cancellation charges will apply for bookings cancelled within 1 working day before the meeting equivalent to a 50% charge of any room and all buffet charges. If a booking is cancelled on the same day or someone fails to show up on the same day of a meeting room booking, a 100% charge will be applied.

Our meeting rooms are available Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, excluding UK Bank holidays.

Our Saffron, Crocus, and Valley rooms are all equipped with TVs, which you can connect to your laptop via a HDMI connection.We can also provide a projector free of charge if required, which can be connected to your laptop via an HDMI cable. A Type-C adaptor is also available upon request.

You can, but there would be a £50+VAT corkage fee applied to your meeting room booking. Alternatively, we can provide you with a delicious selection of food and drink options. Please ask the centre management team for more information about our catering packages.

We appreciate anything you can do to tidy up the room but please don’t fret as our professional reception teams are here to help if you don’t have time.

Yes, we offer flexible meeting room lay-outs to suit your needs, whether you are running a workshop or hosting a presentation.

We offer flexible seating arrangements to accommodate the set-up of your choice. We can offer a U-shape style, great for training, workshops and conferences as they allow the presenter to engage with each attendee. A more formal presentation could be delivered with our theatre-style seating lay-out. A classroom-style would feature rows of tables and chairs and enable the participants to take notes; it’s a more formal arrangement, making it great for presentations, training, lectures or product launches. If you want to facilitate small group discussions or training, ask for our cabaret seating style. Finally, a traditional boardroom set up enables team brain-storming, presentations and workshops.

Yes, all of our meeting rooms have air conditioning.

We will provide you with the Wi-Fi code when you arrive for your meeting. Wi-Fi is free to all meeting room users.
