The Centre Management team will always be to hand to help with any issues, providing the security and freedom for you to focus on your business. 

We make it easy for you to focus on growing your business while we manage all aspects of the premises on your behalf. This means that you can literally leave the hassle to us.  

Choose from a range of business support services such as hire of our meeting rooms, printing and photocopying and franking services, cleaning and many more. Allow our support to enhance your business without adding costly permanent services while your business grows.  

We can provide business services to support all aspects of administration from a central reception for receiving parcels, processing outgoing post and taking calls in your company name when required. Move in and you will find that cost effective internet and telephone services are ready to use, with no installation or set up charge.

We continually invest money and resources into Churchill Square so it is kept well maintained and meets the ever changing needs of our customers.  With over 190 offices occupied by as many customers, plus other offsite customers who use our virtual services, our management team is always very busy.

It is rewarding that many of our customers stay with us for a long time, despite our easy in, easy out 1 month agreements and we have some who have been here over 20 years!  Seeing a company arrive and develop their business is really satisfying and one of the reasons I love the job so much.

My previous experience in the hospitality industry is invaluable in my job at Capital Space.  We call the occupiers of our offices at Churchill Square customers rather than tenants as it reflects how we are a service orientated organisation who want to deliver the best possible service.  We are always open to ideas and aim to keep ahead of trends so we can anticipate requests from customers for new services.

I love the variety of my job with the added challenges that can occur at any time during the day.  We always ensure we have sufficient staff to cover reception, look after the meeting room bookings as well as deal with customer phone, IT and other requests. 

I particularly enjoy the business relationships we develop with our customers and the fact that despite the size of our Centre we know people individually and they know us.

My role at Churchill Square is unique and ranges from meeting and greeting customers, answering phone calls on behalf of companies to installing phones and internet services.

Being married with two sons and a yellow Labrador called Honey means I am always on the go at work and at home.  Luckily, I only have a short walk to work as I have lived on Kings Hill for 15+ years and seen a lot of changes in both the residential and business communities.

I joined Capital Space at Churchill Square after my husband and I moved to East Malling.  I had no previous experience of business centres before working here, so it’s great for me to be part of the Capital Space team and help businesses flourish through providing them with a wide variety of services.

My role is very varied, fast paced and enjoyable.  I have learnt valuable new skills and feel lucky working with such a great team who are always there to help.

I joined the Capital Space team at Churchill Square in March 2015 and immediately found my strong practical skills and experience in maintenance and problem solving were put to good use. 

My job is diverse and busy; one moment I can be sorting out new light fittings and the next installing shelving or doing planned maintenance.  My list of jobs never gets shorter so I really welcomed the arrival of another Facilities Handyperson into the team.

I have worked in a variety of countries doing hands-on and supervisory roles in the maintenance and construction industry.

As Capital Space maintains their buildings and facilities to a very high standard, I was employed as an extra Facilities Handyperson to help achieve this, particularly as an additional building with another 30+ offices opened at Churchill Square in 2017.  I joined Capital Space after working in a nearby hotel and love the variety of tasks, particularly the painting, plumbing and gardening aspects of my work.
