The Centre Management team will always be to hand to help with any issues, providing the security and freedom for you to focus on your business. 

We make it easy for you to focus on growing your business while we manage all aspects of the premises on your behalf. This means that you can literally leave the hassle to us.  

Choose from a range of business support services such as hire of our meeting rooms, printing and photocopying and franking services, cleaning and many more. Allow our support to enhance your business without adding costly permanent services while your business grows.  

We can provide business services to support all aspects of administration from a central reception for receiving parcels, processing outgoing post and taking calls in your company name when required. Move in and you will find that cost effective internet and telephone services are ready to use, with no installation or set up charge.

After commuting back and forth from the City of London for over 20 years I thought I would like a quiet local job at Churchill Square ……. little did I know.  

With a 3 acre site occupied by over 150 companies within 7 buildings there is plenty to keep me and the team busy and as we are always looking to improve the services and environment for our customers it does not look as if life will be getting any quieter.

The historic listed buildings of Churchill Square are unique in the South East and offer their own challenges.

The great thing about them is they are totally refurbished so whilst they retain their character and robust construction, the office space at Churchill Square offers light distinctive bright interiors.

After 16 years in the hospitality industry, I felt the time was right for a new challenge but I wanted to still be able to use the skills I had gained over the years.

I had always been interested in this type of role and was delighted when I was given the opportunity to join the CapitalSpace team.  It will be very different from planning weddings and special events but I am looking forward to it.

I have been made very welcome by everyone and it is nice to be working with such a friendly, professional team.

When I am not working I love my holidays, bike riding and playing tennis.

I love the variety within my job and get a great sense of satisfaction when I can help our customers! As well as looking after all the meeting rooms, answering telephone calls on behalf of companies, taking deliveries, purchasing and administration. I can also list the skills of telephone engineer, locksmith, IT consultant and fire alarm engineer! (although please don’t ask me to service your fire alarm). 

With a huge amount of daily interaction with customers, their visitors and contractors I believe we have excellent rapport with people and this makes Churchill Square Business Centre a friendly and welcoming place to work and visit. 

When not at work - I enjoy my fitness classes and can be seen regularly in a spin class or pumping iron in pump classes.

My role at Churchill Square is unique and you never know what situation you will be dealing with from meeting and greeting customers, answering telephone calls to patching telephones and internet. My previous role was within a school and this new role certainly has lots of variety and will keep me busy. Married with two sons and have a yellow labrador called Honey.  

We have lived on Kings Hill for 12+ years and have seen a lot of changes as it has developed into a large Business and Residential Community. I love eating out, and trying different cultures of food. My favourite being Indian.  I enjoy travelling and was fortunate enough to take a year off to go travelling with my husband.  

This was such a fantastic experience and would recommend anyone to do it.

I joined the CapitalSpace team at Churchill Square in March 2015 and immediately found my strong practical skills and experience in maintenance and problem solving were put to good use.  The job is so diverse, one moment I can be sorting out new light fittings, the next helping a customer with shelving and then dealing with locks.  My list of jobs never seems to get any shorter!

I genuinely enjoy working with customers, colleagues and suppliers to ensure Churchill Square looks its best and operates as efficiently as possible.  With 159 office suites and a large amount of communal space to look after I am always on the go - thank goodness I enjoy outdoor pursuits as I always seem to be walking around the 7 buildings.
