Located on the Eurolink Industrial Estate with excellent links to the A249 for the M2 and M20, St George’s Business Park also benefits from nearby access to the newly revitalised town centre.

Here, a new multi-screen cinema together with numerous new restaurants has helped to regenerate the area, turning it into an attractive, desirable leisure space. A newly opened retail park features brands such as Costa and Home Bargains, whilst the Forum shopping centre contains a range of High Street and independent shops selling everything from groceries to fashion, jewellery and much more. A new multi-storey car park also provides much-needed, central parking facilities, whilst close by, Sittingbourne train station offers services to the capital in just over an hour.

Less than a 10 minutes’ drive from the business centre is Milton Creek Country Park, a former landfill site turned wildlife oasis boasting a network of walking trials, art installations, children’s playground and a fishing lake. The local heritage steam train can be spotted rolling through the park during the summer months.
