I've attended Churchill Square Business Centre as an attendee for various workshops/events over the years. It's an excellent venue to hire for any workshops, meetings etc. The team are always friendly and helpful and they also organise so many free events too - health checks, business talks, Christmas events etc. If you're looking for somewhere to hold meetings, deliver a workshop or hire space, you couldn't go wrong with Churchill Square ... and there's free parking too!

Churchill Square is excellent for offering flexible working space to suit many businesses. The added bonus of the reception and site team is a big advantage.

We moved to Capital Space in Churchill Square in October 2024 and have nothing but positive comments to make. The staff are excellent and the building is always kept in good order with the added advantage of a large free car park. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company to any prospective customer.

Great centre and perfect for our needs. Well maintained and clean. Everything works smoothly and all staff are lovely. Would strongly recommend Churchill Square compared to any other facilities in the area (avoid Regus!).

Good parking facilities including EV charging. Pleasant surroundings and plenty of green open space. The buildings themselves are clean and well presented but suffer from lack of environmental performance (listed buildings) with A/C in the corridors only and not in the individual office spaces. Additionally, there simply aren't enough facilities for the number of potential occupants. Kitchens are very small and of a size expected for a flat or house of 4 people not potentially 80-100 people that each block can accommodate. Often block kitches are full at busy times at breakfast and 11am. Likewise each block has just two toilets + one disabled to cater for 80-100 occupants. Another draw back is the lack of phone signal through some telecomms providers (Sky is particularly poor in the village).

We have rented an office space at Churchill Square Business Centre for over 5 years now. Amenities supplied cater for our business perfectly. The reception team are amazing, always cheerful and polite. On the odd occasion we reported something that needed attention it has always been adequately addressed in a timely manner. If you are considering renting an office space on this site, do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed.

We have found the whole experience of finding an office space through the team here at Churchill Square to be friendly, efficient and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for the team to help with.
The public spaces and offices are kept impeccably, which not only makes it a lovely space to work from, but feels welcoming to visitors too.
There's plenty of on-site parking, additional business facilities and services available and easy access to the building whenever we need to work from the office out of hours.
Highly recommend!

A great place to have an office,. The capital space staff are friendly and very accomomdating, with an array of addtional facilities available to use if need be.
All facilities are of a premium quality and very well maintained with communal areas clean and tidy.
Car parking is never an issue as Cpital space has plenty car park spaces available.

I only have good things to say about Churchill Square and the team who keep the facility running like clockwork - The reception staff are always really helpful, they run an internal networking event on the square to help businesses get to know each other. The maintenance team are really responsive and there''s plenty of parking. The centre is accessible 24 hours a day if you need it and there are addiitonal meeting rooms too - We've been here for over 5 years and everyone is always very complimentary when they visit. I highly recommend it!

Well presented office suits, good central facilities incl meeting spaces and coffee. Flexible and hence accommodating well the needs of businesses (office space); continually invest in improvements be is touch-less buttons, solar panels on roofs, LED lighting externally etc. I'd recommend this business centre. I couldn't recommend Churchil Square business center enough. The facilities are great and clean, looks very professional and has everything a business might need. All is kept in very good order. We moved into KingHill in 2017 and it has been our dream office ever since. All the things we hated about our last office (lack of parking, lack of space, noice, extra bills) just do not happen here. We can hear the birds, get our work done and the Capital staff are very caring and efficient but not interfering.

I took an office at Churchill Square after receiving very disappointing service from a competitor down the road. I wish I had gone to Churchill Square in the first instance as the service and facilities are excellent. Everything is taken care of from postal services, telecoms, meeting rooms and ample free parking. The location is excellent for local shops, transport and is 5 minutes from the M20.

The thing that sets Churchill Square apart from other offices is the dedication Toni and the team show. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very good at being the link for networking with other companies and putting on events. I would highly recommend Churchill for your business centre needs.
