You are free to book using the meeting form enquiry above or you can email us at churchillsquare@capitalspace.co.uk, call 01732 523 415 or  pop into our reception in Building 80 where a member of our team will only be too happy to help you.

We can book rooms well in advance and would urge you to do so if you want to secure a specific room or date.

Yes, you are free to book as many meeting rooms as you need on different dates and would urge you to do so if you want to secure a specific room or date. Just let us know your requirements and we will handle the rest.

Cancellation charges will apply for bookings cancelled within 1 working day before the meeting equivalent to a 50% charge of any room and all buffet charges. If a booking is cancelled on the same day or someone fails to show up on the same day of a meeting room booking, a 100% charge will be applied.

Our meeting rooms are available Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, excluding UK Bank holidays.

We have a TV in our Meteor, Spitfire, Hurricane and Lancaster rooms, which you can connect to your laptop via a HDMI connection.

We allow assistance dogs and guide dogs only. We have a company policy about assistance dogs, which we are happy to share with you on request.

Yes, there are five free car parks located onsite at Churchill Square. These include disabled parking bays and four electrical car charging points which are available on a first come, first served basis.

Yes, Spitfire, Hurricane, Lancaster and Meteor all benefit from plenty of natural light as they feature external windows. Our Lysander and Dragonfly rooms do not have external windows.

Yes, all rooms have heating either via ceiling units or radiators located in the room.

All of our meeting rooms can accommodate wheelchair users. Please ask us for more details during your booking.

Yes, we have male, female, and disabled toilets onsite on the ground floor close to all our meeting rooms.

Yes, we offer flexible meeting room lay-outs to suit your needs, whether you are running a workshop or hosting a presentation. There are limitations however in the Meteor Room, where there is a large, fixed table.

Absolutely, our meeting rooms are available to anyone needing a professional, modern space to organise presentations, workshops or training.

The monthly licence fee includes services normally charged as additional to rental such as the internet, on-site management, maintenance, and repair, building insurance, refuse collection, security, water rates and the cleaning of common areas.
