FAQs about our meeting rooms in Milton Keynes

No, we don’t have air conditioning. However, our rooms have windows which you can open in the summer to let in air, as well as blinds to keep the sun out.

We offer flexible seating arrangements to accommodate the set-up of your choice. We can offer a U-shape style, great for training, workshops and conferences as they allow the presenter to engage with each attendee. A more formal presentation could be delivered with our theatre-style seating lay-out. A classroom-style would feature rows of tables and chairs and enable the participants to take notes; it’s a more formal arrangement, making it great for presentations, training, lectures or product launches. If you want to facilitate small group discussions or training, ask for our cabaret seating style. Finally, our traditional boardroom enables team brain-storming, presentations and workshops.

Cancellation charges will apply for bookings cancelled within 1 working day before the meeting equivalent to a 50% charge of any room and all buffet charges.
