Meeting Rooms for Hire


We provide a wide range of meeting room space situated in six easily accessible locations within the South East of England. We host hundreds of successful meetings, workshops, training events, interviews, conferences & other events at our sites.

Our meeting rooms are available to hire on an hourly, half day or day basis. Simply contact your chosen location and get in touch with us to discuss holding your meeting or event at one of the Capital Space Business Centres or to arrange a viewing to see our conference facilities.

Small or Large Meeting Space

Discover affordable meeting rooms to host up to 10 people, ideal for small businesses meetings or interviews. All our meeting space is competitively priced including the large meeting rooms, which can host and cater for up to 40 attendees. Whether you require just a quiet room to work from during the day or want to host a large conference event, it is important to us that everyone receives exceptional standards of service from our professional, friendly centre management teams. 

Seating Styles

We provide a choice of seating plans such as U-shape to encourage discussion, theatre style for professional presentation seminars, boardroom for more formal meetings and can also arrange conference facilities around these styles to suit your specific meeting room requirements. In addition, our meeting rooms enjoy plenty of natural daylight and thanks to our locations, our business centres provide peaceful and quiet surroundings for any event.  

Meeting and conference facilities

  • All meeting rooms come with up-to-date audio visual equipment for free including PC projectors and projector screens.
  • We have PC Projectors and Telephone Conferencing equipment for hire on an hourly, half day or day rates.
  • Free high speed wireless internet connection is provided to all meeting room attendees and access to computer, scan to email, copy & printing and secretarial support if required.
  • Free visitors' parking.
  • Air-conditioning.
  • Professional meet-and-greet services for your clients or customers by our friendly centre management teams.
  • Cancellation charges will apply for bookings cancelled within 1 working day before the meeting equivalent to a 50% charge of any room and all buffet charges. If a booking is cancelled on the same day or someone fails to show up on the same day of a meeting room booking, a 100% charge will be applied.

Meeting Room Loyalty Card: Terms and Conditions


Meeting room loyalty card s are available to internal and external customers at Churchill Square Business Centre, Capital Business Centre and Greenway Business Centre only. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount on meeting rooms. Th e offer of one free meeting room hire applies after six paid meeting room bookings. The 7th free meeting room hire booking is only available for up to 4 hours maximum between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, subject to availability. Meeting room refreshments are not included in this promotion but are chargeable and available via Capital Space. The card must be presented at the time of each meeting room booking and must be stamped by a member of the Centre Management Team. The card belongs to companies and not individuals within companies. Only one card is permitted per company at any one time. Cards cannot be transferred. Cards can be used at any Capital Space/Enterprise Centre location. Card s cannot be redeemed by any company other than the company named on the card. Failure to adhere to these conditions could result in your card being terminated. Capital Space reserve s the right to withdraw, cancel or change the terms of the promotion at any time.
