Harlow Chamber of Commerce is on the move and is now based at the Greenway Business Centre on Harlow Business Park. The Chamber was previously located at the Mitre Building in West Square.

Harlow Chamber Executive Officer Rachelle Fogerty said the move gave the Chamber access to a wider range of facilities including meeting and conference rooms.

Rachelle said: “We wanted to move to a business location that our members would find very easy to reach and having ample and free parking for staff and visitors is a significant advantage. We will now be holding our member networking meetings at the Greenway Centre.”

The Chamber has co-located with the Co-operative Development Agency, which supports the development of co-operatives and not-for-profit businesses.

Co-operative Development Agency Community Development Worker Julie Stevenson said: “Sharing offices with the Chamber makes a great deal of sense and brings together a range of business support services.”

Capital Enterprise Centres Operations Director David Clapham welcomed the move by the Chamber to the Greenway Business Centre.

He said: “We are delighted that the Chamber of Commerce and the Co-operative Development Agency have seen the Greenway Business Centre as the right choice for their new offices.

“As Capital Enterprise Centres developed the Greenway Centre we were very grateful for the support and encouragement of the Chamber and I hope that we in turn will now be able to help support the activities of the Chamber.

“In addition I am also sure that our tenants at the Greenway Business Centre will benefit from having direct access to the business expertise of the Chamber and CDA.”
