Offices are usually worked out on 50-100sqft per person, meaning this office would be ideal for a 1-2 person starting up, or wishing to have a better work/life balance that working from home just doesn’t quite provide.Although the Business Centre team on site are here between 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays, and reduced over Christmas / New Year), you will have 24/7 access to your office space to come and work as you please.

The room is provided to you redecorated, with a full carpet and window clean for you. The room will be unfurnished, so you are able to add your own style through the furniture you choose to bring into the office. All of our offices have windows, so offer plenty of natural light.

Every room is equipped with Cat5e structured cabling system within the unit for all your communication and IT services. Our internet has a fair usage policy, which means providing you do not go above 200Mb per month, your internet is inclusive in your licence fee.
