New kitchens take lunchtime to the next level 
We understand that the “breakout area” is often where the best collaborative ideas are born. To support this, we have recently completed the installation of four brand-new kitchens across blocks A, B, and D at the Greenway Business Centre.
These areas were in need of an urgent refresh, and we have invested over £50,000 to ensure they meet the high standards our customers expect from modern serviced offices. For the busy entrepreneur, having a clean, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing space to prepare a meal or grab a coffee isn’t just a luxury; it’s a necessity for maintaining momentum throughout the working day. A sustainability update in our quest for net zero

At Capital Space, we have long since made it our mission to support our customers’ sustainability journeys, investing £18,000 in a brand-new, high-efficiency gas boiler. This upgrade isn’t just about reducing our carbon footprint; it’s about reliable comfort. As energy efficiency becomes a priority, this new system ensures that our business owners remain comfortable during the winter months without the waste associated with older, less efficient units. It’s a practical step in our ongoing commitment to providing technologically-ahead-of-the-curve workplaces that align with modern ESG values.
Ongoing bathroom upgrades
The largest portion of our recent investment has been dedicated to our communal facilities. We believe that every aspect of a business centre should reflect professionalism, and that includes the areas that are often overlooked.
We are currently in the final stages of a massive modernisation project for our communal bathrooms, costing over £200,000. These facilities have benefitted from a complete face-lift and structural modernisation. This work is due to be completed in June, providing a fresh, high-end feel for both our customers and their visiting clients.
